✦ Where do you ship from?

Madeira Island, Portugal, Europe

Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes / custom tarrifs upon arrival to desination country. These are not included in the order price and the costumer is responsible for those extra expenses.

✦ What shipping options are available?

I offer standard shipping and tracked shipping, which you are able to select at check-out:

STANDARD SHIPPING - More economic but also slower. Does not include tracking and I can't take responsibility in case your package gets lost! There will be no way of knowing where it is if that happens.

TRACKED SHIPPING - This option is safer, since your order will have an associated tracking number, so we can find it if it gets lost.

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out, depending on destination country.

✦ When are orders shipped?

Processing time is 5 - 8 business days, I send orders once a week. You will be notified in your email when your order has been shipped.

✦ How long will it take to receive my order?

After items are shipped:

Portugal - 3 to 15 business days

Europe - 6 to 20 business days

International - 15 to 40 business days

Shipping Delays might occur due to the postal service, especially on holidays. Tracked shipping is advised.
